To our patients;

As we are going through an unprecedented time with the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, as your primary care providers we would like to remind you that taking care of your health including management of your chronic problems like diabetes, hypertension, COPD and asthma is even more important than ever. There are a lot of unknowns about the COVID-19 infection but one of the certain facts are patients with comorbid conditions will have more complications from the virus.

As we all follow the CDC guidelines about social distancing and proper hand washing to prevent spread of the virus, we also request that you take your medications as prescribed and keep your follow up appointments with your primary care provider. Our office is now providing Virtual Visits and you can see your primary care provider without leaving your house. They can review your medications, prescribe or adjust the dose of your medications and go over your vital signs and lab results.

You can schedule Virtual Visit in several ways. In order to do a Virtual Visit you will need to be registered for our patient portal and have access to a smartphone or computer with a webcam. Please contact our staff is you need assistance with your Virtual Visit.

We will continue to follow all the COVID-19 updates and guidelines provided by the CDC and Virginia Department of Health.

How to use Healow Virtual Visits

Thank you,
